An injection molded fishing-line cutting tool ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in all hands. A threader/eye cleaning tool nests conveniently in the body of the nipper and assists in attaching the fly to a leader. An imbedded magnet provides a temporary holding area for flies during tippet fly replacement.
